THE Story

Established in 2021, God of Sports is a premium Indian sports platform dedicated to fulfilling the diverse sporting needs of every Indian.

When Nilay Shah, founder of GOS, set out to democratize access to professional-grade sports gear, he quickly realized the digital experience didn’t match the brand’s promise. Navigation was clunky, information was scattered, and conversions were low.

That’s where 12Grids stepped in.

We didn’t just redesign screens—we reimagined the entire user journey. From product discovery to checkout, everything had to be intuitive, seamless, and trustworthy—whether the user was a 5-year-old beginner or a 95-year-old enthusiast.

Problem Identified

As God of Sports gained traction, their website needed to do more than just showcase products—it had to guide, inform, and convert. However, the existing user experience lacked clarity, trust signals, and ease of use, leading to friction in the buying journey.

To match the passion and pace of sports enthusiasts, we knew the shopping experience had to be fast, frictionless, and genuinely helpful. We didn’t just redesign screens—we reimagined the entire user journey. From the moment a user lands on the homepage to the final checkout click, every interaction was rethought to remove barriers, build trust, and make decision-making effortless. The result was a seamless blend of functionality and emotion—where users not only browse but feel guided, understood, and confident in what they’re buying.

Custom Checkout Flow with WhatsApp Integration

We integrated Business WhatsApp into the checkout process, opening a direct line between the brand and the customer. From order confirmations to delivery updates and query resolutions, the journey became more conversational and responsive—adding a human touch and building trust in a typically transactional flow.

Each product is rated across performance attributes like grip, durability, and value—paired with short, user-friendly videos to guide every type of buyer. Paired with short videos explaining usability and who it’s ideal for—beginner, intermediate, or pro—this feature made buying decisions faster and more confident, while reinforcing GOS as a trusted, content-first brand.
