We first connected with Advent Chembio at a major chemical industry exhibition. What began as a casual conversation quickly turned into a deep alignment of values. Advent was ready to scale—but something was holding them back. Despite having an impressive growth story and strong customer traction, their brand and digital identity didn’t reflect the company’s true potential.

That’s where 12Grids stepped in.

We took on the challenge to understand not just the brand, but the business. We spent time with the founders, studied their product lines, sales process, customer personas, and global ambitions. It became clear: Advent had world-class products, exceptional service, and a sharp growth mindset—but their brand didn’t look global yet.
