How do we get started with 12Grids?
It begins with a discovery call to understand your goals, constraints and timeline. We follow up with a proposal and itemised estimate, and once aligned we move to kickoff - usually within a week or two.
Who will we actually work with?
A dedicated team with a single point of contact - not a faceless queue. You meet the people doing the work, and they stay with you through the engagement.
How do you communicate during a project?
A shared channel (Slack or similar) for day-to-day, a weekly check-in, and a live project board so you can see status anytime. No black boxes, no waiting a week to hear back.
What do you need from us to start?
Clarity on goals, access to relevant assets and stakeholders, and a decision-maker who can give timely feedback. The faster we get input, the faster we ship.
What if requirements change mid-project?
They usually do, and that is fine. We handle change through a lightweight process - re-scope, agree impact on time and cost, and keep moving. Retainer and dedicated-team models absorb change especially well.
Do you sign NDAs and own-IP agreements?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs, and you own the IP we create for you. As an ISO 27001-certified company, confidentiality and security are part of how we operate, not an afterthought.
