Visual Designer

Your Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team at 12Grids.

As a Visual Designer, you’ll bring concepts to life across digital platforms, shape compelling brand visuals, and ensure a strong visual language across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social media, emailers, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric digital experiences.
Transform ideas, wireframes, and briefs into compelling and polished visual designs.
Craft visually consistent elements such as icons, illustrations, banners, layouts, and logos for client projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal brand initiatives.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative and innovative visual solutions.
Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.
Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience as a Visual Designer. (Internship or freelance experience also considered.)
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Strong portfolio that reflects creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across digital design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visually engaging outputs.
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Good communication skills.
