Your Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a flair for client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage paid ad campaigns, SEO, email marketing, content distribution, and analytics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients—understand their business goals, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, tech) to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs and ROI goals are met
  • Handle client communications, calls, updates, and feedback with professionalism and proactiveness
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and creating tailored digital strategies

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
  • Experience in client servicing or account management is a must
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, social media, Google Analytics, and tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
