Business Developer Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market penetration and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor business solutions to meet them effectively.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align business strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business plans.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA may be preferred.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategies, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
- Flexibility to travel, if required, to meet clients or explore new markets.
- Well organized and responsible with an Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
